18K Gold Platted Jewelry Hand Painted and then sealed with epoxy resin to be waterproof.
18in. Adjustable Chain On the front of this necklace is shown Mother Mary with rays of light shining from her hands as she stands on the world. A crown of 12 stars surrounds her head as she wears her light blue tilma. On the back of the medal shows the Miraculous Medal symbol with the Sacred Heart and Immaculate Heart on the back, just as Mother Mary showed to Catherine Laboure.
On July 8th, 1830 in Paris, France Our Lady appeared to Catherine Laboure and said “God wishes to charge you with a mission. You will be contradicted, but do not fear; you will have the grace to do what is necessary.” She then showed Sister Catherine an image of herself standing on the world along with the Sacred and Immaculate heart and ordered that a medallion be created with these images.
