Our Return Window

We accept returns and offer a store credit within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns.

To get started, please email us at heirloomcatholic@gmail.com with your order number. Contacting us first helps ensure nothing gets lost or delayed.

IMPORTANT: Please don’t mail items back before reaching out, as all returns require authorization.

What Can Be Returned

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required
